Built in 1890, the Strauss Building or the Old Coleman Business College became the Headquarters of Paramount Assets in 2019. The building was completely renovated in 2022, and the exterior façade restored to its glorious past. The building today consists of 40,000sf of boutique office space and ground floor retail.
