The existing 40,000sf commercial building will be adaptively re-used. The new building will consist of 72 residential units along with 10,000sf of ground floor retail. The original structure was built in 1919 and renovated in the 1960’s. The new building facade will be brick, limestone, and stucco with beautiful, detailed cornice. It will be 7 stories with 77,000sf of space.
