Paramount Assets tenants can now pay rent online. You must have your Tenant ID, a credit card or your checking account information handy.

How to Obtain My Tenant ID:
- Check your rent statement (see sample)
- Call your Property Manager at 201-858.8500 for further assistance
Please Note:
- Do not confuse zeros for the letter O.
- Paramount Assets does not accept AMEX
- All tenants with multiple units must establish a user account for each unit.
- Payments will not be reflected in balance until next business day.
Instructions for Registering a New Account with RentPayment:
- Select Setup Account
- Type in your Property Address and search
- Select “Enter Resident ID” for the correct property
- Enter the Tenant ID from your rent statement (it starts with a lowercase T) and Continue
- Enter the required information and Continue
