A 7-Eleven recently inked a long-term lease at Newark’s William Flats mixed-use property, which is currently undergoing an adaptive-reuse by Paramount Assets.A 7-Eleven recently inked a long-term lease at Newark’s William Flats mixed-use property, which is currently undergoing an adaptive-reuse by Paramount Assets.

The site was formerly home to the United Women’s Garment Workers’ Union headquarters.

The store will be leasing 2,700 square feet of the 12,000 commercial space available at the property, which is located in the city’s historic Four Corners neighborhood and slated to open next year.
