Deborah Vukek, Coordinator of Human Resources, joined the company in 2008. At Paramount Assets, Vukek plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources, including payroll, benefits, 401K, recruiting, training and special event management. In addition, Vukek serves as office manager for the four company offices. In this role, she handles a diverse range of responsibilities, including managing day-to-day office activities, communications systems and billing, among others. Previously, she worked in management positions at US Healthcare/Aetna, Inc., serving as a New Business Sales Manager and Broker Manager. Vukek earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from CUNY, College of Staten Island, and is an active member of NJBIA.
